Norway

Norway is best known for its breathtaking landscapes, dramatic fjords and thundering waterfalls, but there is so much more to discover.

In addition to the ever-popular regions of Northern Norway, the Arctic coast and the Lofoten Islands, Norway’s cities are well worth a visit too. Bergen, nestled among fjords, and Trondheim, once the capital during the Viking Age, are both full of charm and history. And of course, there’s the vibrant modern capital, Oslo.

For most visitors, Norway is all about the great outdoors. With the sea always nearby and four distinct season, the country offers endless opportunities; autumn hikes through colourful landscapes, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, summer adventures under the midnight sun, and even northern lights safaris. A whale-watching cruise is the perfect cherry on the top of a Norwegian adventure.

One of the ways to experience Norway is on a road trip. The country is safe, easy to navigate, and incredibly rewarding. Though it’s good to keep in mind that it’s not the most budget-friendly destination.
